• A: We have been working with these IC companies, and are very familiar with their chip sets, just like Pulse and Belfuse. Due to downsizing with these IC companies, they are lacking of engineering resource to qualify any new vendor.

• A: We are very familiar with the magnetics design, and IEEE802.3. We can help our customers to solve any design, noise, or EMI issues, and tweak our part, to optimize the performance, just like Pulse & Belfuse. We have very solid experience on connector design & manufacturing. We manufacturer over 90% of the parts in our own factories. Since we are set up for high volume production, we can ramp up in short time, and we can offer great savings to our customers. We use popular footprint & schematic on our design models, so that customers have no trouble finding a second source, except that customers find our price more appealing. We test all our parts per IEEE802.3 standard, we can design and develop a brand new package for our customer.

• A: In terms of Magnetic RJ45 design, we are one of the leaders, not follower. We don’t need to see the spec from our competitor. However, there are many variations on the pin out & schematic, we will need those info to verify footprint compatibility, and to match identical filter circuit. Often times, we will only need to know which IC PHY chip # they are using, such as Broadcom/BCM54XX, Marvell/88EXX: Intel/9XXX, Realtek/RTL81XX, and the footprint. Based on those, we can provide customers with our own improved/optimized version. But, if customer wants to have an exact duplicate part, we will need their spec for verification purpose only.

• A: Our factories are located in Guangdong Province, China, just like most of our competitors, in the neighboring city. Our current volume is 12M ports per month. We are continuing to expand our output and adding new facility. Most of our business is in Asia, and we hope to offer these savings to US customers directly.
